Pamela Young has been the CEO, President, and Founder of The Young Agency for almost 3 decades.

Before her success as a business owner, Ms. Young was an established model and actress, gracing pages of print ads, walking in runway shows, and acting in numerous commercials, films, and television shows throughout Phoenix, Los Angeles, Dallas, and New York. In addition to modeling, Ms. Young was also a powerhouse business woman, managing and marketing community outreach projects for over 600 firms including Annual Holiday Charity Gala and the ACE Program (and serving as an ACE Entrepreneurial mentor). In 1999 Ms. Young was awarded "The Enterprising Woman of the Year", receiving the Outstanding African-American Woman of the Year, and was nominated for the Phoenix Athena Service award. Since opening The Young Agency her other achievements include producing the Kids Fashion Week and the Teens Fashion Week for nearly 10 years, benefiting Make-A-Wish and hosting over 200 children. In 2006, 2009, and 2014, The Young Agency made the Business Journals "Book of List" as one of Arizona's top 50 minority owned businesses. Ms. Young has served on the boards of Arizona Women in Film, Greater-Founding member of the Phoenix Greater Phoenix Black Chamber of Commerce, and the Women's advisory for CPAC.

Ms. Young was selected for the 2004 - 2005 Heritage Registry of Who's Who, which is a biographical registry that selects individuals throughout North America for inclusion due to their business success, community service or philanthropic work.

The Young Agency hosts several fundraisers and charity events for the community which include: Lit’l Shelters, Aid to Adoption for Special kids, Toys for Tots, and The West Valley Crisis Center, just to name a few.
